This white wine cuvée from the house Becker Landgraf presents itself as a bright straw yellow in the glass. The very clear and clean nose smells of green apples, ripe pears and some stone fruit like peach and apricot. On the palate, this perfect combination of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay shows very ripe, lively and clear with a very pleasant acid component and fine texture. The finish is once again characterized by a ripe fruit and reverberates wonderfully long.

The Pinot Gris is perfect as an elegant accompaniment to goat cheese and fish dishes such as our house-pickled gravlax, seafood, shellfish and crustaceans, and veal.
