Winemaker Thomas Hensel from the Palatinate created a wonderful creation of cassis and fresh green currant leaves with his Sauvignon Blanc. Together with its grassy acidity, powerful, creamy body and intense aromatics, he created a fantastic Sauvignon that is simply fun to drink. However, the white wine finds its climax only in the long finish with a delicate spiciness and wonderful aromatics.
