The dry Riesling Schiefersteil from the house of Markus Molitor shows a clear and fresh fruity nose at the beginning. Various typical notes of citrus, green apple, peach and flint form a delightful combination. On the tongue is a zesty acidity, which together with its Mosel typical slate minerality, gives it a nice freshness and liveliness. On the palate it is very elegant, lean and clear. Finishes with a long mineral finish.

Goes best with roasted brown trout, a colorful herb salad and parsley potatoes or blue carp with melted butter, parsley and potatoes or Waldorf salad on asparagus with herb vinaigrette.
