Since 1989, we at Traiteur Wille have been working for individuals and companies, supporting them with celebrations in Hamburg and throughout Germany. It all began at our premises in Winterhude. Today, we have a growing network of fantastic partners with whom we have organised many events and offer exciting event locations. You can also hire our own bistro for your celebration.

We can also help you find an event location – together with our partners, we offer exciting, exclusive venues for every occasion and different numbers of guests.
How soon can I make a reservation?
You can order our catering services up to 48 hours before the start of your event. However, due to high seasonal demand and special individual requests, we recommend that you discuss your business catering with us earlier.
Does Traiteur Wille also provide tableware, tables, and service staff?
Of course. You can request crockery, glasses, tables, chairs and decorations from us. Our experienced staff will be happy to assist you with serving your guests on site.
Does Traiteur Wille also offer vegan catering?
Yes. Traiteur Wille offers fine cuisine for lovers of traditional dishes, regional and international gourmets, fish or meat lovers and, of course, for those who prefer vegetarian or vegan dishes. We are open to all culinary styles and want people to enjoy spending time together over a meal. Of course, we also cater to special requests in the kitchen, such as gluten or lactose intolerances.
