We are Traiteur Wille
Since 1989, Traiteur Wille has been working for people and companies, accompanying them at celebrations in Hamburg and throughout Germany. It all started on our premises in Winterhude. Today we have a fully grown network with great partners, with whom we have designed many events and offer exciting event locations. You can also rent our own bistro for your celebration.

We are very open. Because we have a lot of experience with events of any kind and size. Individuality is essential. We can also be flexible – after all, perfect timing is what counts in film. But the timing doesn’t always work out and some scenes take a little longer. To ensure that the catering is delivered on time, we discuss all details and contingencies in the initial consultation. Then we make an offer that fits the wishes of the crew and the particular set. If desired, we will visit the location chosen for the shoot together and discuss the procedures there. We can also help with a location. With our partners we can offer exciting exclusive locations. Not only in Hamburg, by the way.
You can order our catering up to 48 hours before the start of filming. However, due to seasonal high demand and in cases of special individual requests, we recommend to discuss the desired film catering with us earlier.
Yes. At Traiteur Wille there is fine cuisine for lovers of traditional dishes, regional and international gourmets, friends of fish or meat and of course, for all those who prefer vegetarian or vegan dishes. We are open to all culinary directions and want people to spend a good time together, especially while eating. Of course, we can also adjust to special requests in the kitchen, which take into account, for example, intolerances of gluten or lactose.
Of course we do, and that includes everything. We deliver to the set, cook on location and also organize press events or premiere parties. On request, our experienced staff will assist you with the service for your guests on location.

Of course we know that time on set is precious. But we also know that good catering is crucial. Instead of discussing catering ideas for film crews, we talk about culinary creations. Our range is wide and many things are possible. Fish or meat, vegetarian or vegan. A meal together during a break or a buffet on set or some fortifying snacks in between.
For example, our delicious finger food: saffron crêpe with Parma ham and arugula crème or Quiche Lorraine with leek, ham and spicy sour cream. For those in the crew who prefer vegetarian, we have on offer, for example, whole-grain hazelnut crêpe with Mediterranean mushroom filling or organic quark foam with lemon, chervil and quinoa. We also offer many vegan alternatives, such as our truffled celery tart. These are just a few of our kitchen creations. Fine dining for all preferences that fit your budget.
